Day two of the third clinic of the Ecobank-JoyNews Habitat Fair is underway at Ghud Park near the Accra Mall, attracting prospective homeowners and builders eager to explore Ghana’s biggest home and property showcase.
The three-day fair, which runs from Friday, September 12 to Sunday, September 14, is themed “Dream it, Own it, Live it,” and seeks to make homeownership more accessible by offering expert guidance, innovative products, and exclusive discounts.

More than 20 exhibitors are on the grounds, providing solutions in building, roofing, plumbing, finishing, furniture, appliances, and financing.

Vendors say sales are picking up steadily as visitors take advantage of special packages, particularly on discounted property offers, affordable mortgage options, and quality building materials.

Patrons at today’s event described the fair as “exciting and convenient,” noting the benefit of having all housing-related services under one roof.

With a lively atmosphere, engaging displays, and attractive discounts, the second day of the Habitat Fair continues to deliver on its promise of helping Ghanaians turn their homeownership dreams into reality.
