The Ghana Grid Company Limited (GRIDCo) has announced that a damaged transmission line has caused a power outage in Sogakope and nearby communities.
According to a statement issued by GRIDCo’s Corporate Communications, GRIDCo said its line maintenance team has been deployed to repair the damage and restore power as soon as possible.
The company also apologised to affected residents for the inconvenience caused. The incident occurred at around 4:01 p.m., disrupting the electricity supply to the area.
