Ghana's Ambassador to China, Kojo Bonsu, has called on Ghanaian Assembly members to emulate China's development model, emphasising the need for innovative and visionary leadership in driving national transformation.
The Ambassador's remarks came during a special reception at the Ghana Embassy in Beijing, where he hosted a delegation of 32 Assembly members on a week-long visit to China.
"China's progress is a testament to the power of effective leadership and people-centred development," Ambassador Bonsu said, urging the Assembly members to replicate China's success in Ghana.
The delegation was impressed by China's achievements in poverty reduction, infrastructure development, and urban planning, and explored potential partnerships with Chinese officials and business leaders.

"I'm inspired by China's emphasis on innovation and technology in governance," said one Assembly member. "We can learn from their approach to drive Ghana's development."
The visit aimed to strengthen Ghana-China relations and foster knowledge sharing, with the Assembly members pledging to champion reforms and innovations inspired by China's success.
The Ghana Embassy in China applauded the Assembly members on their productive visit and emphasised their continued collaboration anytime they visit again.
