His funeral rites will be held at Jackson’s Park in Koforidua, beginning at 12:00 noon, according to an official announcement from the Presidency.
The ceremony is expected to draw a large gathering, including family, government officials, executives of the NDC, state dignitaries, and members of the public who continue to mourn the loss of the respected statesman.
Dr. Boamah’s passing has been described as a major national tragedy, given his long service to the nation and his central role in public life.
