South African singer Tyla has been named the biggest Billboard U.S. Afrobeats artist of the year, ahead of Nigerian Afrobeats powerhouses Wizkid, Davido, and Burna Boy.
Billboard recently released the U.S. Afrobeats Songs Artists 2025 list in its year-end charts.
Tyla occupies the number one spot, followed by Wizkid, Rema, Davido, and Burna Boy at numbers 2, 3, 4, and 5, respectively.
American-Ghanaian singer Moliy, alongside Nigeria’s Asake, Shallipopi, Seyi Vibez, and BNXN, complete the top ten.
Fola, Tems, Olamide, Fido, Ayra Starr, Omah Lay, Chella, Kizz Daniel, Zinoleesky, and T.I Blaze ranked at numbers 11 to 20, respectively.
British-Nigerian stars Odeal, Young John, Odumodublvck, Kunmie, and Ayo Maff complete the chart.
