Joy FM presenter aKorfa has been named the new host of Strong and Sassy, taking over from Animwaa Anim-Addo on the female-focused talk show on Joy 99.7 FM.

The programme was previously hosted by Animwaa Anim-Addo, whose tenure helped establish Strong and Sassy as a trusted space for honest and reflective conversations among women.
Over the years, the show has explored a wide range of subjects through studio discussions and guest interviews.
Strong and Sassy airs on Joy 99.7 FM from 7pm to 8pm on Wednesdays.
aKorfa, who now takes over hosting duties, is a broadcaster and presenter with Joy 99.7 FM. She is widely known for her role on Ignition, an afternoon programme on Joy FM that airs from Monday to Thursday and blends talk, music and strong listener engagement.

In addition to Ignition, aKorfa is a regular voice on Drive Time, where she fronts the Around the Worldsegment. The segment airs every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 3.30pm, bringing listeners unusual and interesting global stories. She also handles Drive Entertainment on the same show.
Her radio style is noted for its engaging and warm delivery, qualities that have kept audiences always glued to their sets.
