Kim Lars Bjorkegren has named his Black Queens squad for the upcoming Pink Ladies Cup to be staged in the United Arab Emirates.
The squad, announced on Friday, February 20, sees six new players coming into the senior women's national team following their performances for their respective clubs.
Turkey-based goalkeeper, Rose Baah, Diana Amoako and Ajegipina Zakaria, both of Ampem Darkoa Ladies, Diana Amoako, Alexander Emefa Tay, Sharon Sampson and Helen Alormenu are the new players in the squad.
Baah has been an integral part of Giresun Sanayispor's season in the Turkish league this season, following her arrival.
Amoako featured in the Black Princesses Women's World Cup qualifiers against South Africa and has been a rock at the back of Ampem Darkoa Ladies' defence, while Zakaria leads the Ghana Women's Premier League top scorers chart after 13 games.
Tay trained with the Black Queens team during their camping in England ahead of their game against the Lionesses, having recovered from a long-term injury.
Sharon Sampson and Alormenu come in to bolster the attack of the Black Queens at the tournament.
Ghana will come up against Hong Kong, Russia and Tanzania at the Pink Ladies Cup, which starts on February 28.

The four-nation tournament will also serve as part of Ghana's preparations for the 2026 Women's Africa Cup of Nations to be staged in Morocco next month.
