GHACEM Limited has officially announced the market availability of its latest innovation, GHACEM Super Strong Waterproof Cement, a high-performance cement designed to provide enhanced protection against moisture and dampness in buildings across Ghana.

The product, which was formally unveiled during the company’s 2025 Customer Appreciation Night (CAN ’25) in Kumasi, will be available in stores nationwide, offering builders, contractors, and homeowners a more durable and reliable solution for modern construction needs.
Developed to address one of the most persistent challenges in Ghana’s construction sector - moisture penetration, GHACEM Super Strong Waterproof Cement is specially formulated to help with dampness protection and strengthen structures.

The cement is suitable for foundation work, freshwater ponds, dam construction, concrete roofs, rain gutters, and repair applications.
Speaking at the launch event earlier this year, the Managing Director of GHACEM Limited, Dr Frank Huber, underscored the company’s commitment to innovation driven by real construction challenges.

“GHACEM Super Strong Waterproof Cement reflects our continuous investment in solutions that improve building performance. By helping to protect structures against moisture, we are supporting longer-lasting buildings and greater value for homeowners and developers,” he stated.
With the introduction of GHACEM Super Strong Waterproof Cement, the company continues to strengthen its product portfolio while maintaining its reputation for quality, reliability, and technical excellence.

GHACEM encourages distributors, retailers, and construction professionals to contact their regional sales representatives for supply and technical guidance on the new product.
