Apart from Stanbic Bank, other great brands picking awards at a ceremony in May are Watatank, Lonart, Databank, Charter House, and UniBank.
Chief Executive of brands specialists, Premier Brands Ghana, Mr. Eric Affaidu, says a survey conducted by the group showed that all the listed brands had chalked up remarkable successes in their respective areas of operations.
“Stanbic Bank, Watatank, Lonart, Databank, Charter House, and UniBank, according to the survey, showed great strides in quality in product innovation, water storage, malaria treatment, fund management, event management and customer service respectively, beating over 250 business brands considered in the survey,” he stressed.
According to Mr. Affaidu, the survey results points to the fact that the selected brands had placed customer satisfaction at the centre of their operations through not just words but deeds.
Databank Financial Services will receive an award as the “Top Quality Business Brand” in ‘Fund management and Corporate Financing’ while Utrak Savings and Loans Limited, a financial organisation with the headquarters in Kumasi will receive a “Top Emerging Brand” award for the fact that the brand has improved its presence significantly in recent times.
