President J.E.A. Mills has in consultation with the Council of State, made new appoints to the boards of some public institutions.A statement signed by Koku Anyidoho, Head of Communications at the presidency said Mr. Kofi Totobi Quakyi will chair the board of the National Communications Authority, while Capt. B Asase Gyimah (Retd) will chair the board of the Narcotics Control Board.Below are the new appointments:
