Mr Joe Donkoh, a businessman, has retained the chairmanship of the Gomoa West Constituency of the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
He polled 451 votes to beat his opponent Mr Wallace Clayman, who had 89, in the constituency delegates' conference to elect executives held at the Jubilee Temple at Mozano on Tuesday.
Mr Edwin Bediako polled 406 as against 131 votes by Mr Benjamin Afful to become the first Vice Chairman whilst the 2nd Vice Chairman went to Mr Joshua Aihoon, who polled 459 to beat Martin Nyarko with 80 votes.
Mr George A. Sarfo got 408 votes to retain his position as the Secretary after beating Mr Kenneth Egyir who had 70 and Ms Ekua Gyamfuaa Ampratwum with 64 votes.
Other officers elected were, Miss Grace Okoe Santana, who took the position of Women Organiser with 449 votes by beating Charlotte Nyame who polled 85.
Mr Isaac K.E. Addison polled 461 votes to beat Mr Benneth Ehuron to become the Constituency Organiser, while the position of Youth Organiser went to Mr Eric Botchway, who polled 359 votes.
Mr John Wilson polled 430 votes to defeat Mr Albert Essel's 111 votes for the position of Treasurer, whilst Assistant Secretary went to Mr John A. Arhin who got 445 votes as against 95 by Mr Frank Anderson.
In his acceptance speech, Mr Donkoh thanked the delegates for the confidence reposed in him and other members of the executives.
He urged all contestants to regard the election as a victory for the NPP and not for any individual.
The Chairman promised to work with all the contestants saying "we will need all hands on deck to win 2012 elections convincingly.
He also pledged dedicated leadership in the constituency and appealed to all members and supporters to work hard for victory in 2012.
Ms Sarah Arthur, Regional Assistant Secretary sworn in the new executives into office.
