His Excellency President John Evans Atta Mills heads for Tamale tomorrow, Friday, December 04, 2009, for a four day working visit of the Northern Region.
His Excellency the President will be part of the National Farmers Day celebrations scheduled to take place tomorrow at the Tamale Jubilee Park.
Between the 5th and 7th of December, President Atta Mills will, inter alia, visit the Ghana Cotton Company in Tamale, cut the sod to commence the work of SVACEM in Buipe, and visit Damongo, Yendi and Nalierigu to be the Guest of Honour at mini durbars.
His Excellency the President will also pay courtesy calls on the Yagbonwura, Kampakuya-Naa, and the Nayiri.
There will also be a grand durbar of the Chiefs and people of Tamale on Sunday, December 06, 2009, at the Tamale Jubilee Park.
His Excellency President Atta Mills will return to the Capital, late afternoon Monday, December 07, 2009.
