The Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly has warned it will demolish illegal structures erected on school lands in the metropolis. Metro Chief Executive, Samuel Sarpong is unhappy private developers have taken over basic, second-cycle and tertiary school land at the expense of expansion of such institutions. Nhyira FM's Ohemeng Tawiah reports that Osei Keyeretwie Senior High School appears to be the worst hit having lost about two-thirds of its land to encroachers.
