Fifteen (15) local and foreign coaches are vying for the coaching job of Accra Hearts of Oak
Gerald Ankrah, the General Manager of Hearts of Oak has outlined the factors to be taken into consideration before appointing a competent coach for the club
“The search is on and we are hopeful of appointing a substantive coach any time soon before we commence our preseason programmes.
“Several factors will be considered especially experience, financial demands and their vision for this club. We want a candidate who has what it takes to make Hearts an African football powerhouse once again. We deserve better than what we have done over the past few years and the best opportunities. We have to correct our mistakes now,” he told Hearts News, the official mouthpiece of the Phobians.
Hearts of Oak struggled throughout the 2014-15 season and relegation was smiling on their faces, until they eventually escaped it, after they were declared winners of their match day 25 defeat to Kotoko by the Disciplinary Committee.
