Lawrence Otoo, 27, a teacher, has been arrested by the police for allegedly defiling a 12-year-old pupil of the Community International School at Anaji, in the Western Region.
The Commander of the Kwesimintsim Police Station, Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Thomas Bayor, told The Ghanaian Times that a woman (name withheld) reported at the Anaji Police Station that her daughter had been defiled by Otoo.
