The Scheme Manager of the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) at Dunkwa-on-Offin has been forcefully ejected from his office.
A group of machete-wielding young men in Hollywood style, stormed the manager’s office and ordered him to leave.
Reports say the assailants turned a deaf ear to the manager’s plea to them to let him pick his laptop computer.
They instructed him not to take a thing from the office and fearing for his life, he obeyed the orders.
Immediately the Scheme Manager stepped out of the office, his attackers used a different padlock to lock the office up.
It is unclear who the young men were and what their motive was.
