Coach of the local Black Stars, Herbert Addo is confident of Ghana's place in the finals of the African Nations Championship – CHAN.
Ghana will be pushing towards the championship when they host Burkina Faso in the decisive return leg at the Ohene Djan Stadium on Sunday.
Both sides drew goalless from the first leg in Ouagadougou with the winner over the two-leg tie on aggregate score assured of qualification to the competition to be hosted by Sudan next year.
Herbert Addo says he's been happy with his sides preparations, which has given him hope of their readiness for the Stallions after the Black Stars beat premiership side, Liberty Professionals 3-2 in a trial match on Wednesday.
"It was okay for us and gradually we are getting better as a team.
"From what I saw of Burkina in the first leg, from what I saw of my side in that game and from what I have seen in training, we would be smiling on Sunday," Addo said.
The Black Stars are looking at making another appearance at the competition, designed by CAF for only home-based players of its member countries.
