Asante Kotoko center back has been officially unveiled as a new signing of Sudanese side Al Hilal.
The defender joins the Sudanese side in a one year loan deal with an option for a two years extension in the region of $30,000.
Ainooson was unveiled at the club headquarters after passing his medical on Thursday and was greeted to a rousing welcome.
The local Black Stars defender is expected to pocket about $50,000 in salaries.
Al Hilal reached the last four of the just ended CAF Champions League and will hope the signing of Ainooson will propel the club to go a step further and annex the most sought after title on the continent.
