The Police Administration has reshuffled the top management, regional commands and some departments and units.In a press statement issued on Wednesday and signed by the Inspector General of Police (IGP), Paul Tawiah Quaye, the changes are with immediate effect.Director General of Police CID, ACP Frank Adu-Poku is now Director General in charge of Technical at the headquarters, Ashanti Region. DCOP Prosper Kwame Agblor who was formerly at the Interpol office in Abidjan will replace him in an acting position.Eastern Regional Commander, Stephen Andoh-Kwofie moves to the Central Region as Commander and the Director General in charge of Research & Planning, Technical, DCOP Ofosu-Mensah Gyeabour is now Director-General in charge of Welfare at the police headquarters, Ashanti Region.COP Mrs Joana Osei-Poku, Director-General at the headquarters heads to the position of Director General in charge of Administration; ACP Nana Asare Oware Pinkro III, Commandant, is heading to the Western Region.Other officers affected by the reshuffle include DCOP Yaagy Akuribah, Chief Staff Officer at the headquarters is now Commandant at the Police College, Accra Region.
