The Metro Mass Transport (MMT) would begin operations in the Bawku Municipality from April 26.
"The Operation will begin at 6 am till 3:30 pm daily and each bus service is expected to make 14 trips per day to reduce passenger waiting time and ensure a high accessibility rate
In a statement issued and signed by Mr. Martin Afram, Acting Managing Director,MMT, school children in uniform will board the buses free of charge.
According to the statement, Management of MMT pledged to support the people of Bawku with the provision of safe but affordable transportation.
