Deputy Information Minister Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa has described the first ever national policy affair as an eye opener for the general citizenry.The fair which ended on Saturday was aimed at showcasing government’s policies and programmes.The event held at the Accra International Conference Centre provided the various ministries, departments and agencies the platform to showcase their policies in general and their functions in particular.Running alongside the fair are the policy dialogues where sector ministers take turns to answer questions pertaining to their ministries.Mr Ablakwa, who spoke to Joy News on Friday, said the fair exceeded the expectations of government.According to him, the fair offered people the platform to discover more about various government institutions and programme.Mr. Ablakwa tells Joy News government plans to organize similar fairs in other regions.Source: Myjoyonline.com/Ghana
