Hearts of Oak have modified their training techniques with the introduction of a new Polar training equipment.
This new technology will help Japanese American coach Kenichi Yatsuhashi view the heart rates of his players in real-time using Polar Team2 System via Bluetooth communication.
The Polar Heart Rate Monitor Team System will also be used to monitor heart rate during matches.
The device continuously records data that can be downloaded and further analyzed to better manage recovery among athletes.
In an era where data usage is crucial in modern football, this technology will come in handy for Kenichi Yatsuhashi who has set sights on revolutionizing Hearts of Oak.
The device will be the first ever of its kind to be used by a Premier League club in the country.
