A management member of Accra Hearts of Oak, Frank Nelson has denied knowledge of alleged frustration by Charles Taylor at his new Nigerian club, Rangers International of Enugu. Reports have been rife about distress calls from Charles Taylor to management members of Hearts to negotiate an abrogation of his contract with the Nigerian side, barely a year into his two-year deal. The player is said to be desperately seeking to come back home for reasons known only to himself and it is typical of a player whose professional career has been pregnant more with frustration than with joy. In an interview with Joy Sports, Frank Nelson however said he was yet to receive such complaints from the player.
