The management of Accra of Hearts of Oak will officially open the vacancy for the job of the head coach from next week.
The job became vacant after Coach Abu-Bakr was relieved of the post with just a match to end the Season.
The Phobians failed to defend the league trophy by placing third on the league.
Meanwhile, chairman of the management committee of the Phobians Frank Nelson has told Joy Sports the choice of the coach will depend on the competency and experience.
He however admitted that certain pressures may have forced management to severe ties with some past coaches and expressed optimism of building long lasting relationship with the new coach who will be hired.
