Sadick Adams, who has joined Berekum Chelsea, after returning from abroad, was the player to give Robert Dabuo the test of the half, but the former WA All Stars goalie saved the situation for the Miners.

Despite much publicity by GHALCA, the organisers of the competition to whip up enthusiasm, attendance was poor.
