Former Ghana Football Association chairman Dr Nyaho Tamakloe has condemned Black Stars midfielder Sulley Ali Muntari for breaking yet another disciplinary code in the Black Stars camp.
Muntari was reported to have challenged the coach for keeping him too long on the bench and blamed the Black Stars’ 1-1 drawn game against Austarlia to poor tactics.
He believed he would have made a difference if he had started the match or had come in much earlier than he did.
The Ghana FA has officially confirmed the fracas between the coach and the Inter Milan midfielder but says the latter has since apologised and is still part of the plans of coach Milovan Rajevac.
But Dr Nyaho Tamakloe who has been an avowed critic of the player told Joy Sports' Dennis Mepuri the reports of Sulley’s indiscipline does not come to him as a surprise.
Dr. Tamakloe chronicled a number of incidents to buttress his claims of indiscipline against the player, adding, his repugnant behavior is out of "sour grapes".
“I am not surprised at all by what has happened. I knew definitely that somewhere along the line he will behave the way he has behaved.
“His position has been taken over completely by young Ayew Dede; that boy has outclassed him, he has demonstrated nationalism and loyalty and Sulley knows that there is no way he can be fitted into the first team.
“His behavior now is nothing but sour grapes. This boy is just an indisciplined person” he said.
"He has come to the end of the road," he concluded.
Ghana needs at least a draw in the crucial decider against Germany on Wednesday to book a round 16 place in the World Cup.
