Vice PresidentPaa Kwesi Amissah-Arthur joined residents of Koforidua in the Eastern region for a Valentine’s Day Health Walk, Sunday morning.
He was accompanied by Chief of Staff Julius Debrah, NDC Genral Sectretary, Johnson Asiedu Nketia and some leading members of the party.

Presenting some boxes of chocolate and drinks to students of Koforidua School for the Deaf, the Vice President said
“We have come here today to show you that we remember you on a day like this and we want you to be happy.”
Receiving the items on behalf of the students, the Headmaster for the school, Jonathan Agbona, thanked the Vice President for the presents but appealed to government to provide the school with dormitory blocks.

“There is congestion in the dormitories. A classroom block was converted to a dormitory to house the boys so the room is very small,” indicated.
Mr Agbona added that the school is also faced with water challenges. He called for the provision of a bore hole.
