The police administration has commended Multimedia Group for its latest documentary “Brothers at War”, a documentary that highlights the destruction caused by the Bunkpurugu conflict.
The conflict has claimed many lives and destroyed countless properties.
The documentary tells the story of two brothers baying for each other's blood over a chieftiancy title. Many have been killed and maimed in this internecine conflict which has been raging for decades.
The Inspector General of Police John Kudalor is optimistic the issues raised in the documentary can help facilitate the peace process in the conflict-ridden town.
The Inspector General of Police on Tuesday hosted Producer of the documentary Seth Kwame Boateng in a short ceremony to officially hand over a copy of the piece to him and the Police administration.
He urged journalists in the country to emulate the Multimedia Group example.
