Sulley Muntari has rejected reports linking him away from Inter Milan to the English Premiership.
Reports had suggested Premier League sides; Spurs and Liverpool were the likely suitors for the Ghana international who left the premiership two seasons ago.
However, Muntari, who won a treble including the coveted Champions League title with the Italian side last term, is looking forward to another exciting campaign with Inter Milan after last season's success.
"I'm staying. I have two years remaining on my contract," the midfielder who is on holidays after helping Ghana to a quarter-final finish at the World Cup said on national television, GTV on Monday.
"I love the city, the club and I'm sure about staying."
Muntari, signed on from Portsmouth by Jose Mourinho, who has left for Real Madrid admits it's a fresh start at Inter with Rafael Benitez assuming the reigns at the championship club.
"I had a great relationship with Jose [Mourinho] and I know it would be the same again with a new man in charge.
"Now, we have another great coach, [Rafael] Benitez, and I am looking forward to working with him."
