Taekwondo instructors and practitioners in Greater Accra will upgrade their skills in the sport when they participate in a five day international martial arts workshop.
The workshop begins on Monday, July 19, 2010 at the Sports Hall of the Ohene Djan Sports Stadium.
The Workshop is under the auspices of the National Taekwondo Association and will be graced by experts from the World Taekwondo Federation.
Participants will have training in poomsae, self defense, sparring, and aerobics.
