King Faisal CEO, Vincent Sowah Odotei has declared his intention to challenge Kwasi Nyantakyi for the presidency of the Ghana Football Association next year.
Odotei, who is making his second attempt at the presidency, having lost in 2005, has been one of the fiercest critics of the current Kwesi-Nyantakyi-led administration.
He had a brief stint at Accra Hearts of Oak as CEO before moving on to King Faisal where he has remained till date.
“We need a leadership with a different kind of mindset, a leadership with a different kind of attitude,” he told Joy Sports in an interview.
“We also need a collaborative approach to decision making so that the FA will be at peace with itself. I want to make sure that I see Ghana dominate Africa.”
“In my view it will be wrong to entrust the administration of Ghana Football with this current managers for the next five years,” he said adding our football system has retrogressed markedly he chided.
