Premiership side, Ebusua Dwarfs will leave for Egypt Thursday night to begin a two week pre-season training tour to prepare the side for the impending league season.
This is the second time in three seasons, a local side has traveled abroad to fine-tune preparations before the start of the Ghana Premier League.
The 1966 League Champions have lined up trial matches against top Egyptian sides Zamalek and Arab Contractors.
Dwarfs got promoted to the top flight this year after close to five seasons in the second-tier League.
Head of Marketing and Publicity at Ebusua Dwarfs, John Ansah told Joy Sports he expects the training tour to put his side in top shape for the upcoming league season.
He said the expectaion of the team is to ensure cohesion, exposure and to provide sound footing for the team as they get back into the premier league.
