General Secretary of Faithful Supporters Group of Kumasi Asante Kotoko Kingsley Abeyie says Kotoko need a change in their current administration to oversee a holistic transformation in the processes of the club.
Kotoko has come under pressure this very season after failing to perform to the satisfaction in the opening five matches of the league which only intensified after they needed penalties to knock out division two side AK Shion in the MTN FA cup round of 64.
“This current administration of the club does not know how to run the club and have failed in terms of administration so therefore we need change in this administration because we are tired with how they are running the club, he told Asempa Sports/
“Kotoko can’t only be run by rich men but someone who knows basics in administration and somebody who can properly structure the club.”
He however pledged to work behind the scenes to do his utmost best to help the club restore its lost glory.
“As for us, we will work underground to help bring change in Kotoko and help support the club as well.”
Kotoko play Aduana Stars at Dormaa this weekend with the Porcupines yet to beat the Dormaa side at home since they joined the league in 2009.
