Hearts of Oak coach, Kenichi Yatsuhashi has assured Hearts fans he will be back on the bench when his side take on Wa All Stars in the top of the table clash at the Accra Sports Stadium.
The Japanese American was taken ill last week and as a result missed Hearts’ 3-0 triumph over Wa All Stars in the MTN FA Cup.
However, Kenichi is confident he will be back on the bench when they face the Wa side in a clash of two unbeaten sides
“I am feeling fine and I am very close to full recovery now. I was so happy to get the fans message and concern for my health. I am even happier to let them know that I am very close to full recovery and returning to coaching soon,” he told Hearts news.
"For this upcoming match against Wa All Stars this weekend, I am sure I will be on the bench.”
On the game itself, Kenichi was aware of the strengths his opponents possessed but believed his side could carry the day should the limit their opponent’s strengths.
“As far as the game coming up, they are a good side. But we have to prepare our team very well. We have to deny their strong points and attack their weakness and we have to also play our game. So it will be an interesting match for everyone to watch.”
Assistant coach Yaw Preko took charge of the team in Yatsuhashi’s absence.
