Champions Aduana will kick off their title defence of the Glo Premier League with a home match against Real Tamale United.
The match on September 5 is one of the eight fixtures released by the Premier League Board for the 2010/11 football season.
The opening matches of the season promises to be tough with Asante Kotoko playing Kessben, who completed a major takeover at the Baba Yara Stadium.
Hearts of Oak’s quest to land the title would see them play King Faisal in Accra under new coach Paa Kwesi Fabin.
Debutants B.A. Stars will welcome Heart of Lions to the Coronation Park while the clash at the Robert Mensah Stadium between the two newly promoted sides Dwarfs and Mighty Jets will hand both sets of fans something to savour in the elite division.
AshantiGold who missed the title by a whisker would travel to the Golden City Park on the opening day to play Chelsea.
After surviving relegation the last term, New Edubiase would seek to get off their second season in the topflight to a good start with a home game against Arsenal.
And at the Wa Park, All Stars will kick off the season against Liberty Professionals.
The traditional rivalry that sets the premiership alight, the clash between Asante Kotoko and Hearts of Oak has been fixed for match-day-9 on October 31, 2010 when the Porcupine Warriors host the Phobians at the Baba Yara Stadium.
The first round of the league campaign would be brought to an end on December 12, 2010 when the match-day-15 round of games are played.
The new reserve league which will be played on a Northern and Southern sector basis will kick off on the same day the regular season gets underway.
Two games, one apiece in each division will kick off the campaign on the first day.
Aduana's reserve side will battle Real Tamale United in the Northern division while Dwarfs and Mighty Jets play in Cape Coast.
The game will be played two hours before the main fixtures of the day.
