Black Stars striker Asamoah Gyan says he expects a difficult match against Swaziland in the 2012 Nations Cup qualifier on Sunday.
Gyan will have to refocus quickly and join the Black Stars team in camp later tomorrow after sealing his record move to Sunderland Tuesday.
Asamoah Gyan insists the Swazis must not be underrated.
“I have to concentrate on that game because it is a qualifying game. I have to make sure my country qualifies as well.
“It is not going to be easy and we shouldn’t underrate the Swaziland team. Although they are underdogs they will be coming in strongly because Ghana is now one of the best teams in Africa and everybody will like to play against Ghana.
“Personally I will do my best to help my team win that game,” he assured.
Udinese midfielder, Emmanuel Agyemang Badu and Fulham’s John Paintsil are also expected to join the team in camp Wednesday for training ahead of the all important match.
Head Coach Milovan Rajevac would take the Stars through two training sessions on an artificial pitch in Johannesburg today.
