The national Amateur Boxing team will now train at the ultra modern Bridge boxing Gym in North Ridge to fine-tune their skills for the upcoming Commonwealth Games.
The Gym which is owned by Ray Quarcoo, the Chairman of the Ghana Amateur Boxing Association, also has a boarding facility, a conditioning gym, and a computer room.
The Gym was re-launched last Friday with the purpose of providing a good training regime for the national team.
Ofori Asare, one of the assistant coaches of the Black Bombers, sees the idea of training the team as beneficial in the long term.
He said the gym was a standard gym and this was the time the team was having such a preparation before going to the Commonwealth games.
