Reigning African heptathlete Margaret Simpson is confident Ghana can win medals at the Commonwealth games despite a delay in confirming participation.
Ghana had earlier threatened to withdraw from the Commonwealth games which starts in New Delhi, India, next month due to the unending power struggle in Ghana Olympics Committee.
President Mills however requested that Ghana participates in the games.
The Athletes have suffered some set backs in their training regime due to the late announcement but the 1995 World bronze medalist Margaret Simpson says they will do their best for Ghana.
