Four persons are injured and more than 500 people have been displaced as rainstorm sweeps through several communities in the Chireponi district of the Northern Region.
The District Disaster Management Committee say they’re overwhelmed by the level of destruction. They are therefore calling for an emergency support from central government, NADMO, non-governmental bodies and other philanthropists.
