About 30 angry winners issued a 48-hour ultimatum Tuesday afternoon after persistent attempts to claim their fortune fell on deaf ears.
Asokwa District Police Command officials say armed personnel would be deployed at all six (6) offices of Supabets in the Kumasi metropolis, including Afful Nkwanta, Asafo and Bantama.
Asokwa District Police Command officials say they will ensure life and property are protected while maintaining public peace.
Meanwhile, an official of Supabets Sports Betting, Joseph Atto, who was picked up in connection with the incident, has been granted police enquiry bail.
