Ghana’s title race is set for an intriguing photo finish as four teams are in the hunt for the title with 5 games remaining and two points separating the top four.
We assess the road for Aduana Stars who are currently second.
The Dormaa side have three home games and two away games.

ASHANTIGOLD (HOME)
Clash of the league champion and a former league champion. The first round ended in a draw with Bright Adjei scoring a spectacular goal which won the CNN goal of the week. Far from personal accolades and glory now for Aduana who need three points to probably go on top of the log after matchday 26. They face a stern test in the Miners who have not lost since matchday 16 away to plucky academy side WAFA in Sogakope.

WAFA (AWAY)
…..And Sogakope will be the next venue for Aduana too. A venue where reputations have been tarnished and records disrespected. The academy side provided Aduana their first victory of this season’s campaign and they never looked back afterwards under Aristica Cioaba. Sogakope remains a difficult ground for every opponent especially with the youngsters playing swashbuckling football and eager not to lose at home.

TECHIMAN CITY (HOME)
A Bono derby which seems pretty straightforward for Aduana. Their guests have not been good recently as they look bereft of confidence. An extra dose of revenge will also be on the mind of Aduana who lost to Techiman City in the first round.

WA ALL STARS (AWAY)
You do not need a soothsayer to tell you this game will decide the destination of the title. Points will be dropped by one of the sides opening of the possibility for any of the three title contenders. All Stars have the advantage but Aduana will certainly have the character after their league triumph in 2009 with some of the players in Herbert Addo’s squad still around.

INTER ALLIES ( HOME)
The last game of the league season. Inter Allies could probably be battling relegation in this game and will give it their all. But their away game looks nothing short of abysmal. Easiest game on paper for Aduana but in the last rounds of this league, anything can happen and anyone can win anywhere especially when desperation sets in.
