Fire has reportedly gutted a restaurant in the Accra Mall at the Tetteh Quarshie Roundabout.
An eyewitness told Joy News he saw smoke billowing from the Mall and in a matter of minutes the entire mall was evacuated.
The cause of the fire and extent of damage are not exactly known.
The eyewitness said shoppers and shop attendants were milling around the car park while efforts were being made to put out the fire.
He said the mains of electricity had also been put off to prevent any escalation due to torching electric wires.
