Liverpool's defensive frailty saw them collapse from two goals up to lose 4-3 at Bournemouth in the Premier League on Sunday.
Jurgen Klopp's side, on a 15-match unbeaten run in all competitions coming into the match at the Vitality Stadium, were 3-1 up with 14 minutes to play but capitulated as substitute Ryan Fraser ran riot for the Cherries.
Liverpool were cruising at half-time, with Bournemouth on the back foot thanks to fine goals by Sadio Mane and Divock Origi
James Milner's clumsy challenge inside the box gave Bournemouth a route back into the match via Callum Wilson's penalty, the first goal Liverpool had conceded in 344 minutes of football.
Emre Can's majestic curler restored the two-goal lead, before Fraser turned the game on its head with a goal, and then the cross for Steve Cook's equaliser.
The drama was not over - and when Loris Karius spilled a Cook shot, Nathan Ake was on hand to snaffle the rebound and secure a famous win.
Bournemouth move above neighbours Southampton into the top half of the table with the victory, their first over a Premier League top-three side in their history, while Liverpool stay third on 30 points, four points behind leaders Chelsea.
Liverpool face teams from the bottom five of the Premier League in their next two matches, at home to West Ham next Sunday and away at Middlesbrough on 14 December.
Eddie Howe's Cherries travel to Burnley next Saturday, before back-to-back home matches against Leicester and Southampton.
