The lady at the centre of the infamous NADMO sex scandal is crying foul over what she says are attempts to frustrate her from seeking justice.
Charlotte Kumi accused the Kpando NADMO boss of sexually harassing her and transferring her to the northern region for exposing him.
She petitioned CHRAJ challenging the transfer but her appointment has since been terminated.
At the first hearing at the Human Rights Commission last month, Charlotte was absent, compelling the commission to reschedule the meeting to the 26th of this month.
She says she just received the invitation letter today, May 12, 2011 more than two weeks after the CHRAJ hearing.
In an interview with Joy News the victim wondered why CHRAJ will address her letter through the same man who she accused of sexually harassing her.
She maintained she will continue seeking her own redress in the 'African court' and the repercussions will be dire.
