Yes the die is cast! It’s October 8 and now, Africa’s biggest outdoor event, Joy FM Annual Skuuls Reunion is set to blaze Accra more than ever at the Ghana International Trade fair centre.
The event which was scheduled for Saturday 17th September, 2011 at the same venue was postponed due to security concerns as a result of a breakdown in negotiations between the organizers and the La community.
The La Community unexpectedly announced a ban on drumming and noise-making which took effect from 12th September, 2011.
Joy FM Annual Skuuls Reunion has served as a networking and socialization platform, bringing together alumni of various schools to relive memories of their school days. As the numbers keep growing, this year’s event is expected to attract over 100,000 patrons.
Get ready to reminisce the unforgettable days of gari soakings, interCo, dinning, amidst meeting old mates and lai momos (old flames) on Saturday October 8.
