One person is reported dead and two others missing after a boat capsized on the estuary of the Densu River.The incident happened Friday morning as fishermen on board were moving into the sea from the Weija dam.An eye witness, John Kadu-Nortey told Joy news the opening of the Weija dam increased the water level and culminated into the boat capsizing.He said one body was retrieved with two others said to be missing.According to him, officials of NADMO were present at the scene of the accident but called for back up.The Weija Police Crime Officer ASP Kwame Nimo also confirmed the death in an interview with Joy News.He said three others sustained varying degrees of injuries in the accident.Nimo stated his men are yet to brief him on the cause of the accident.
