Uncapped Ghana player, Ibrahim Salou is in line for a call up into the senior national side, the Black Stars.
Salou, who was reportedly inching for the Belgian national jersey says playing for Ghana is his choice.
The Club Brugge striker made his Ghana vow after meeting with Black Stars coach, Claude Le Roy over the weekend at his base in Brugge.
However Salou would not be handed a call up for Ghana’s first international fixture for the year when the Black Stars line up against Nigeria’s Super Eagles on February 6 at the Griffin Park in Brentford.
The player has asked to be excused from national duty to enable him sort out a possible move from Club Brugge.
