Dear Sir,
Response to Non-Payment of Electricity Bills
It is with deep disappointment that we write to respond to your broadcast on Monday January 23, 2012, concerning companies and agencies that have allegedly not paid their electricity bill.
As a responsible company, Movenpick Ambassador Hotel pays its electricity bills regularly and punctually every month within the 28 days requested by ECG from the billing date.
At no point have we lapsed from this procedure.
Finally we would request that appropriate steps be taken to correct this misinformation and bring it to the attention of your listeners [readers].
Yours Faithly,
Percy Kumah
Financial Controller - Movenpick Ambassador Hotel, Accra
cc: Managing Director, Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG)
