The move between Arsenal and Dortmund for star striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang will happen; it is simply a matter of time.
Last week Thursday, Joy Sports' Gary Al-Smith issued a series of tweets indicating the financial details of personal terms agreed between the player and the English club.
Right. Aubameyang is "absolutely relieved he is on his way out of BVB", per same source.

Transfer fee agreed with AFC: €60m
Yearly salary: €10m
Giroud be part of the deal depending on final terms. Auba does not want to play for BVB anymore.
Relationship untenable.
Over the weekend, officials of Arsenal were seen at Dortmund.
With the air of inevitability now surrounding the move, Stefan Buczko (ESPN BVB correspondent) joined The Football Show team on the Joy News channel via Skype from Dortmund on Monday evening.
The agenda: to unravel why Aubameyang has fallen out so much with the club and how he fits into the Arsenal team. As Buczko said: "There is just too much smoke for there not to be a fire".
Meanwhile, Arsene Wenger has also hinted that talks for the move are "underway", while Dortmund coach Peter Stoger has lamented that he "can't influence it" because he doesn't "have the the necessary cash".
