Three of the Ghanaian teachers who have been stranded in China for nearly two months have returned home.
The three, Jeffrey Avinu, Clement Nobil, and Naeem Adams arrived at the weekend.
Speaking to Joy News, the teachers said their tickets were bought by the International Organization for Migration (IOM) after Joy FM broadcast their plight.
They have however, threatened to sue the travel agent that sent them to China.
The three said if the Manager of Litina Travel and Tours, Ernestina Abrokwa fail to refund the US $4000 they each paid to her for travel and job placements in China, they would take the matter to court.
The three teachers have besieged the offices of Litina Travel and Tours on Tuesday demanding their monies, claiming that there have been a breach of contract because the agency did not fulfill its part of the deal in providing them teaching jobs in China.
The teachers, some of whom had left their jobs and studies to go to China to teach English language to the Chinese did not get the promised jobs and were stranded in China.
Meanwhile, a meeting has been arranged for the three to meet with the agency to resolve the matter.
They are being lodged in a hotel paid for by the agency.
